Hannie is born and brought up in the southern part of Netherland. Painting with oilpaint is her life.

All the subjects that attracks her or that makes an impression on her, are the subjects she wants to paint.

Especially her latest paintings are telling a story. She painted about subjects like childlabour, cruelty against animals and about climaticchange.
